In order to test using Option 1 on your iPhone or iPad (where we can see a recording of your screen and voice as you browse our site) you will have to first install the userbrain testing app on your device.

You can obviously delete this app after you have completed your test.

We know that this option is more complicated but it's also so much more valuable for us which is why we are giving you £30 in reward points if you help us with this option!

Step 1

Tap the link below and follow the instructions to install the Userbrain Recorder app from the App Store.

Step 2

Once the app is installed, return to that same webpage and click the second link to open your test invitation link in the new Userbrain app. This should automatically open the app with your invitation code prefilled for you. Just enter your name and email address and you can begin testing.

(if your invitation hasn't been copied to the Userbrain Recorder app, please click "I have an invitation code" and fill in the code (Z2E3NE) manually)

Step 4

You will then see a box with some instructions in it. You can read these instructions and when you are ready to start testing, you can click the text that says "Show Site" in the top right of the screen

Step 5

Now you can use the website as you normal would an place your order. You can also use any of the week's VIP codes listed at the bottom of this page to receive a free product with your order in addition to the £30 of reward points.

Please speak out loud your thoughts as you browse the website. Any thoughts you have are useful to hear. Describe what you are trying to look for, and if you have trouble finding something. Anything is useful for us to improve the website.

Follow the instructions within the app to enable the screen and voice recording.

Once you have completed your entire order, click on the "Show Task" text in the top right of your screen. Select whether or not you were able to complete the task of placing an order. Then it will lead you through a few questions, if you could answer them as best as you can, this will give us the best possible feedback.

Step 7

After answering the last question, you can click "Finish and Upload Test" in the bottom right of the box. Please wait for the app to upload your test video recording for us to review. After this is successful, you can delete the app if you wish.
