Unfortunately due to recent changes with customs and border control we have had to suspend deliveries outside of the UK. This was not an easy decision to make, but it is the right decision for our valued EU customers.
We have extensively tested different delivery options to various countries, but many of our parcels are experiencing delays, returns and incurring additional charges for the customers.
The last thing we want is to offer you an unpredictable and unsatisfactory delivery service.
We are actively looking at some possible solutions to be able to bring you our services again and we have some ideas of how we could do this. If we are able to reactivate our EU services, we will do this with a much improved service than you have previously experienced! However, we want to make sure we are clear that this is a big project and it will not happen in the near future. It will take time.
