This first option might not be for everyone, but this is the most valuable test possible to help us. To choose option one, you have to use either the chrome browser on a computer, or to use an Apple device (on IOS).

You would have to either install a chrome extension or an Apple app, which allows us to see a video recording of your screen as you use our website and importantly, it will record your voice so that we can hear you talk us through your thought process as you use and navigate our new website.

This way we get to hear exactly what you think and also hear what issues you might have. We understand the importance of privacy, so this might not be for you. Don't worry this is very secure and recordings will be deleted after we review them.

If you're not comfortable using the chrome extension or recording your screen or voice, this is completely understandable and if that's the case, you can just choose the other option.
